Preparation and Usage
Ideal to use in your breadmaker! Add the ingredients to the breadmaker and follow manufacturers' instructions.Recipes
700g Loaf
Bake a soft white loaf and enjoy fresh sandwiches filled with whatever you fancy for lunch.
500g Strong white flour
25ml Olive oil
1 tbsp Sugar
1 Sachet fast action dried yeast
1 1/2 tsp Salt
330ml Warm water
Oven 230C / Fan 210C / Gas mark 8
1. Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
2. Gradually mix in the water and olive oil to form a soft dough.
3. Knead well on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes, until dough become smooth and elastic.
4. Add dough to bowl and cover with a clean, damp towel for an hour, until dough has doubled in size.
5. Tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 minutes.
6. Place in a greased 1 1/2/2lb loaf tin, cover loosely with a damp tea towel and leave in a warm place for about half an hour and preheat oven.
7. Uncover and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove loaf from tin and allow to cool.Package Type
