To serve cold - For an even crispier product when eating cold, heat as above and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving. Consume within 12 hours of heating. This product may also be eaten without heating. Remove from fridge 30 mins before serving.

For half a quiche, reduce the cooking time by 10 mins.
Check that product is hot before serving.
