Ingredients:
100g Eurostar Gluten Free Plain White Flour, 2 large eggs, 300ml milk, a little butter for frying.
Method:
Whisk together the flour, eggs and milk in a large bowl, until they make a smooth batter. Ideally let it settle for 30 mins, then using a flat frying pan (or crepe pan) and a little butter or oil wiped over the surface, cook your pancakes for around 1 min on each side until golden.
Serve with your favourite filling! We love berries or lemon and sugar!Package Type
